.........this puts me in mind of life rolling along in the now, that narrow corridor of light, life's situation without recourse to the past or future, living in the 'now'.....in my world I am not sure about the other corridor of light, top right, but in another way it probably adds to an engaging compostion.....is it cold outside Rina?....your shots have 'come indoors'!....keep doing what you are doing, that marble is wonderful, you could 'play' some light on it perhaps, I dunno, some people are never happy, oh, I liked the bear, you do like bears if you grew up in the 100 acre wood! see ya, david.

Another wonderful abstract sweetie and I just hope that you get your son's permission to play with his toys. I get very upset if anyone plays with mine....I wonder if I should re-phrase that? Nah, I don't think anyone noticed:):) Well done to you my gorgeous Aussie Kiwi....I love this current photographic mood that you have entered. Great work on both sets of marbles.....give us some more. All the best Rina my love......RayX

Yes, yes. You could set it up with two marbles each at the leading edge of the light streak. Then it would really give that effect.

Hi James, this is just looking down at the marble resting on a glass tabletop. The table itself is supported by 4 chrome "chopsticks" legs, which in this image, are reflecting the light I have pointing up from underneath-left.

When I had a look at this in post, it gave me the impression of the marble leaving movement trails, even though it was completely still at the time... :)

Thanks for the comment and the interest, I hope that helps a little...

Don't know how you did it but I like it. Both are great, but I especially like this one...greater contrast, and the position of the marble within the light...Very nice Rina!
Take care...Robin
