About How very strange that the classical architectural beauty of the past is still present and re-discovered again and again since thousends of years. What will remain form our steel and concrete style after some hundreds of years?

Amen Theresa! You know, I wonder, all these classical beaty remains uo to our days, but will our "steel and glass" architecture remain aften, say, 2000 years? I really don't know, but classic has something so human and warm in it, that one could simply say, it will always appear beatiful to our eyes. My thoughts, only.

Many thanks for the lovely comment,

Nick

Oh, Davide, I forgot the horizontally straightened picture that shows that then the vertical direction gets tilt.

Horizontally straightened - unfortunately then vertically tilt.

Indeed it does look so - now that you mention it!

The perspective of the picture allows no absolute straighten, Davide, since if I straighten for the horizontal direction, then the vertical gets tilt.

As about that web, well, they "protect it" from... birds! The air pollution due to cars, industries and the like, is of course not present in Switzerland ;-)

Cheers,

Nick
