About
Terrorism takes on many forms in my opinion. Here, a stone company has shaved off the white shale rock on top of this mesa. Dumping its unusable gravel waste over the side with no regard to the wildlife or plant life making it home, they spoil the natural beauty of the mesa's face.
The question does beg to be asked, though: Since we are a part of nature, is this a natural progression? Much like that of native Americans who might carve a mesa up to make a home?
I wouldn't call it "terrorism", since the word refers specifically to acts intended to advance a (political) goal through instilling fear in a target group. But as an example of corporate greed in action, it works very nicely. Ahh, sweet capitalism...
Cheers,
Jon
