I really like the monochromatic feel to the photograph, and then this little splash of colour with the ladybug. It gives us a look into the kitten's mind, I would chase the lady bug too if given this presentation.
I wish that my white cat was still a little kitten sometimes. Well done.

This is a sweet picture, but that's not what makes it a great shot. I really like how you've composed/cropped this. The floor being at a slant helps this image flow and the toning and exposure are very good for this fluffy white kitty. Really a wonderful photograph.
