You're fortunate you live in D.C. and can go back and take this image when the memorial work has been completed.
I'd hate to make a trip to D.C. only to find the memorial being worked on and not knowing when and if I would be back to visit again.
Great composition - I can't wait to see this image reshot with no construction going on.
The night sky in it's shade of blue is just beautiful and so is the touch of clouds in the image.
