It is an interesting idea using B&W for a rose. I think it brings out the detail of the flower since we are not distracted by the colors. Very well presented too. Del.

A great image Nicola. Very subtle tones. I live in the north of England and it will be 6 to 8 weeks before our roses are in full bloom. To day it has been 9 degrees. It feels like winter.
