Uotstanding crispness colour and composition - Great work Eb. The tones of green are beautiful and the leave texture and crisp white and yellow pop out of the screen. Joggie

Eb I do use the stop prewiew. The maximum need is for the wide f/ and in this case there is visibility, normally. With close f/ it's less important and I too often make one or two proofs. Ciao.

I am glad you liked this one, Giuseppi. I photographed the daisy at different f stops and printed the one that gave just the right amount of blur. It is good to have that choice since the effect of blur is hard to predict. I find, that the stop down preview gets too dark for a good evaluation of DOF and rarely use it.

Beautiful: angle, composition, focus, litghs and shades, all. But most of all, an exeptional depth! In My Favourite Images as a very good exemple of depth in floral pictures. Bravo! Ciao.

I really love the DoF here. The flower on the right looks like popping out of the frame.
