A "NeatImage"-ed version of a coworker's tulips mistakenly shot at ISO 3200 in a conference room at lunch one day last month. I had actually posted the noisy version here previously, and would be interested in hearing any opinions on my application of noise-reduction here: http://www.usefilm.com/Image.asp?ID=1100085
Hey Jim, The black was actually a conference room wall. New building, strange internal decorating - two walls are "cream", the other two are black. One of my friends has a cubicle in a corner, and one of his walls is purple. Works out well for stuff like this, though, I suppose.
Boy a tough one to judge. I'm leaning toward the original. This one is softer and I like the detail in the original. I don't find the noise to be very noticable on my monitor but it may be objectionable at full size. How did you get the black background? Was it PhotoShop or someone's black jacket :-)
