I definitely prefer the first one to the f4/1/30, but it's all a matter of personal taste. Love the "ice blue" tones. Very fitting for the subject.

Wow that is neat that you used two tecniques and showed us each one. This one I tend to fucus on the hard stiff formations of the ice. The other I tend to focus more on the rapid swiftness of the water. Has more movement, where this one is more quiet. I like both, it is just a matter of what you want to capture in the seer's eye. Of course, both look darn cold to me!!!!! Take care Gary and have a wonderful Easter Weekend. Kelly

Interesting, to see the difference between the two versions. I almost prefer the alternative one because of the greater dynamics in it.
