This is a difficult situation to photograph, i see a big difference in the light since the subject is in the shadow area against a brighter background. Given the situation, you were able to capture good facial expressions. I am not sure what they are negotiating but through their gestures you know there is some sort of negotiation going on...
very good concept on this street shot!
