Protection at the feet of the giant

In front of the mountains

Bows over windows

The road under the railway

Still they stand...

Morning sun over the lake

Descend to the abyss

The power of the mass

Light and shadow stripes

Green sphere with plastic diamonds

Thanks a lot, Pan!

I try macro techniques with a super wide angle and some results are very unexpected!

Thank you very much, Giuseppe, for the finest comment!

Well, I try to find my place at the boundaries between maccro and wide angle, to make the crossover, so to speak. And so some DOF even in foreground simply gets lost. Here I guess I was focusing not exactly the distance to the flowers and so they got a bit hard to see. But the image had something, at least for me, and so I decided to post it here.

Thank you very much, Kevin!

I am trying to make the crossover between macro and wide angle photography. Hard thing to do, it turns, but I continue.

¡Gracias mucho, Alicia! Éste es uno más de mis ángulos amplios estupendos, que forman el otro poste a la macro. Pero aunque la macro es muy popular en nuestros días, se parece que nos olvidamos del magnificence de perpspective que la fotografía granangular puede producir.

An excellent capture, the composition and the DOF give to the picture this extra mood that boosts it. Beautifull work, bravo!

Nick, the composition is very nice, with the range of green and yellow hues matching very well. The little white flowers: I can't see very well ... Are out of focus and you sharpened very strongly? If so, may be a clear, full fuzziness were better; may be, Nick.
I like it, anywhere.
Ciao.

Giuseppe

Very interesting composition really showing the viewer of switzerland. You have great color but I think more DOF would have been nicer. The green grass would of brought the flowers out. Keep up the good work.

me gusta cómo compones... no es simplemente sacarle una foto a una flor . es cómo dispones los elementos!. Felicitaciones!!!
