Janyah is beautiful! Her features and her eyes remind me of me. I bet her smile lights up her face! One thing I would have done different and that is I would have pull her off of the background, to me the background takes the emphasis off of her, but it is a wonderful shot.

Yes I take all my photos in RAW format. Since I shoot a lot it does add some extra time to adjust and convert the files, but its quite ok when you use a good raw converter that allows you to do all adjustments really quickly. I use Bibble which is very fast and has a great UI. Using raw is the best way to get the most out of your camera and it allows you to twaek things later that would be very difficult to do when you use JPG.

Hello David. You are like an old good friend. Thank you again for your input. I am new to digital camera so I have a question for you. Do do use your camera on Raw, and do you recommend it. I am planning on trying it. Thank you. Evaristo E

Hi Ken. Thank you for your comment. It is very helpful and well received. My niece dont smile too much for her images, but she is very outgoing and find time to make them. Thank you. Evaristo E

Nice portrait, I like this one best, the B&W just don't do it. Such a sad face, good job/
