Lovely girl. How about cropping from the right to almost her hair to give her some support and not have the white area that draws the eye. Maybe put the rose just a little away from her chin. I would use an ASA 100 film and get better resolution. Keep working and you will find that it all comes easier with practice. Don

I was using 1 umbrella, a background light ( a slaved shoe mounted flash on a tripod) , on camera flash bounced to set it all off. I metered her right ear F8 1/125 . The background was just white paper, the roses were almost pure white.

Branden: I like the photo, except it seems just a little to hot at the rose. Is your hair light aimed a little to low, or is it a rim light. If it's a background light, it's really hot. Maybe two or three stops. Let me know. Great expression and pose. Pretty model. Shyfox
