And still the watcher stood, in his tower… gazing over, his land below… pondering where time would go… so long he’d been trapped in that tower… to keep his power in control… and prevent the curious from being turned to stone… still he watched, and he glared… wishing from that distance he could snare.. an innocent soul & turn it to stone.. he combed back his hair, showing the glowing eyes of snakes that grow there.
