Wonderful depth to this shot Larry. The lines are great and the colour so rich. Well seen and taken. All the best....Ray

I understand Jacob...but my best recollection is this was the contour of the land

I have to say, I do agree that the horizon adds a lot of depth to the image.

I think my main issue is I find the slope of the horizon a little off-putting. This could be my obsessive compulsive nature coming through though. I'm one of those people who get upset if just LITTLE bit of the chalkboard doesn't get erased, know what I mean?

Regardless, this is a great shot. Thanks for letting me pick it apart. :-P

A very healthy view! The symmetry works well for this composition. Nice work . . .

So that's where they come from! Good perspective on all those straight rows, Larry!

Thanks Jacob...I felt the little bit of horizon at the top adds to the total depth

Great perspective, the rows seem to go on for ever. When I first saw this photograph I thought the same thing as Jacob, it would look better with the top cropped.

Then I took a closer look and I think that you mad the right choice by keeping it in. That liitl bit of horizon adds a lot of depth to the photograph. It also gives a sense of scale to the field. I think that you have just the right amount of horizon, any more and it would be distracting. Well captured

Best regards,
Ashley

I like this shot.

I think it would be improved by cropping out the empty space out of the top part of the image. It makes me uneasy...don't know why...just kind of unsettling.

I love the colors...beautiful green. And the lines are astounding.

Well done!
