Thanks Doyle. These are flash exposures so, shutter speed has nothing to do with it. I think with this camera I have to stay below 1/125th to avoide having to use High Speed Sync on the flash.

Great capture Pat . . . I think the focus is actually ok. The focal point appears to be on the lower rim and this is a good catch at 1/60. Nicely done.

Nice drop shot, Pat. It's not particularly sharp, but then your info shows a speed of 1/60th - perhaps a little slow for this subject, or were you using external flash to produce a faster effective speed?
