About This is a reflection stood up, what I was really going for was there were ducks swimming in there and I wanted the ducks to be in the air, not flying but paddling. Every time I got close enough to get them they flew off. Quick enough for me not to get the shot, Though flying ducks might have been interesting too. Next time :-) I still like the result. Thanks for looking

This is a superb image Mark, in small and panoramic size. It reminds me of Asian art, painted lacquered screens with silver and gold leaf, or silk textiles; the line patterns and the colors are exactly that of Japanese or Chinese art from the past centuries. It looks like a stylized lily pond. I'm sure this would have been totally spoiled by a bunch of ducks, so I'm really happy that you didn't catch them that day :) Best regards, Ina

Pretty darn nice! Those ducks can be uncooperative, but this is one of your signature visions--all the better for the panorama.

Good work,

Thanks for explaining; great discovering all your other pictures and reflections- "Willow waters" "still" and "Ballerina" keep calling me!

Sorry about the ducks. Next time you'll have to bring along some decoys. They only to where you put them. This reflection has some interesting patterns and colors in it.Fun to look at. Looks like modern art. So yes, not all was lost.

exactly, depending on which way they were going it would look perfect inverted. Thought it would be fun to try. I am glad you liked and thanks for the comment. :-)

What a brilliant idea- have I got it right- ducks in the air paddling due to relection was the aim? Understand it or not....I really like this! Gives a good feeling and I like the colours and textures. Quite agree good in panoramic.

I don't exactly understand what you were trying to do, BUT what you managed to do is both interesting and attractive! Looks good in panoramic, too! This has the quality of a mural!
I love it!
