Fantastic....You did a great job and fine artwork with your D70! I love the minimal aspect of this one...Also really great in B&W tones! the hard contrast between the White and Black tones and at all its entrance to gray tones just made a fine, moody feelings to the visitors! Superbly done! 7+

Nice capture & composition, the high contrast complimented by the dramatic clouds yielded a dark & moody landscape. Well done Niclas, regards.

The space between is dangerous - don´t eve try to enter, to pass in no way ... excpet flying then. A moody and also melancholic shot and i like the b/w tones here as well as the contrast- Excellent!

Hi Niklas, I love the icy feel of this photo. The dark rocks in the foreground blending in to the icy black water, covered with ice creates a great prelude to the icebreaker and the town in the background. Very well balanced shot.
Cheers,
Hugo

I love the sound of ice when it breaks open for the first time. There is no sound like it. This is a great photo. Your depth of field is wonderful and you captured the sky perfectly. I shoot mainly B&W and I am getting my first digital camera next month. I am so glade to see that one can still capture the depth, which you have here, with a digital.
