I like
1)the saturated dark sea colours with the pattern of the waves
2)the contrast of yellow against the blue
3)the concept of the small tub on the big sea that has been so wonderfully captured by the framing

I'm a bit crazy about the patterns and textures... so, what I like in that frame is water, its rough texture with deep, dark blue color in contrast with yellow and white silhouettes.
