I gotta agree with you Sal, I'd rather photograph it than do it. Not my cup of tea....
Great shot though, the colours work very nicely, and the contrast between the rocks and the climber is very effective. Good choice of format too. The texture of the rocks is amazing. Where do they find the handholds, anyway?

There's a place just south of Austin, TX, called Enchanted Rock, which is a massive dome of pink granite jutting into the sky. It's a big dome on the front so you can walk up it (people take strollers up) but the back side has a sheer face with boulder scrabble at the bottom just like this.
I enjoy sitting at the top of the cliff and watching them. It's MUCH less stressful than holding on with your fingertips. ;)

Hi Sal, good use of the new panorama feature! Good shot, too. As to shooting or taking part in it, well.... I'd rather not sit around idlelessly...:)
