Just went through your entire portfolio. Very nice images and really like your IR shots. You have some very nice Florida shots, not really sure where they are, Im guessing northern florida. Guess I will need to do a yahoo search.
Thank you for your comments! Ya, that image was taken in TN, just adding effect in PS while the storm is passing!

Thank you Nacho. I have a friend with a very similar name who lives in Gainesvill, FL. Last name is Bengochea rather than Barcia. Anson

Anson,

Wonderful capture indeed. You and Ant have very simular styles. I think you 2 will get along very well.

I really have to get me one of those IR filters and the sooner the better.

Welcome to UF my friend,

Ant: Thanks for the words of encouragement Ant. The color in this photo was achieved by setting the white balance in the camera on brite green foliage. That is why the foliage around the house looks white and the sky a sepia color. The color on my screen is much lighter than what resulted on the web. I used a Wratten 89b filter for isolating the IR ratiation. Will look at your images soon. I also think that we should share our Godly gifts with others so that their lives can be brightened through that. Blessings. Anson

Wow, this is truly gorgeous. It looks like a wonderful painting. Whatever you did with this, you did it very well. The contrasts of dark and bright and the way the light is playing on the grass, car and building makes a beautiful composition. I love it.

Brian: Thanks for the encouragement. This is my first attempt, after several failures, of a false-color IR. No, the sky was part of the single photograph. Nothing has been added or tweaked.
