thanks Jeroen about sharpening, actually I didn't do much the thing is that the image is a little bit complex, whereas I want the picture only less then 200kb. I saved with bigger size and maximum quality only for printing purposes. seems the quality deteriorated plus I don't know why when I uploaded to this site, it get more sharpened hence what we see now here

Nice composition and excellent depth of field.
Can't help but feeling you used a bit too much sharpening, check especially the registrations numbers on the boats but also some of the tree branches.

it feels a breath a way of starting to snow. very very peaceful. Makes you want to walk thru it with hot chocolate.
The swan adds a nice touch.

Annecy, beautiful city. Nice use of the wide-angle end of your zoom... I only saw Annecy in summer, but you make it look good in winter. The perspective is perfect although on my screen, unusually, it looks a little on the "bright" side overall.

Nice shot. Overall, well exposed - a little bright in the sky area, but not too badly. I think it would have been a stronger composition if you'd waited for the swan to move either to the bank or out into open water - it breaks up the line drawing the eye up the row of boats.
