HI Hugo, i´m glad you like the soft tone and low saturation. I tried to saturate but saw it had morw winter mood like this. Otherwise you know how much i like strong colours!

I thought it was a small tapestry. As soon as you look to the left and right and know what they are it jumps to a quite grand size. Wild !

Hi Jeanette, the composition in this photo intrigues me; howdid you come up with this one? I think the individual shapes interact very well together, although I'm not quite sure that's the right phrasing. The soft tones and low saturation is also very subtle, as is the additional diagonal line between the light and shadow on the concrete wall. Top Notch composition and POV...
Cheers,
Hugo

Thankyou Mohamed! Yes the apertures in the wall are amazing, such work and such an idea. I don´t understand the Arabic window screen, how it worked out. But it sounds brilliant, hot sun has to be avoid. Yes i was in La Défence as well. The other images is from there....the previous ones! Amazing place :)

WOWWW jeanette very nice angle to this great building it is some how one of the most famouse ( neo- arabian ) concrpt the designer took the idea of ( mashrabia ) which is an arbian (window screen) to avoid SUN in the arb area,, and he used a very (high - tech) way to make it movable ( this window screen close and open depending on the sun amount ) i visited this building when i was in paris 1997..
any way you catch a great architectural angles from the city of lights and nights ,,,, and also great buildings i will try to search for a shot i took to : " LA DEfANCE " it is also a great subject and sure you will not miss it..
you did a great JOB dear
