Very nice even lighting, and I like the brighter background. The young lady looks very comfortable and natural. Nice B&W Conversion, and catchlight in the eyes. Well done!

she is a pretty girl! I'd love to see this one with a more direction light from one side, but that my personal preference. I like to see contrast in the lighting.
