Composition and illumination of the trees and surrounding shrubbery make this IR photograph excellent. Darker shades of the grasses also contribute. One of my favorite monochrome IR photographs.

I have always enjoyed infrared photography, and this is certainly an enjoyable photograph. I especially like the composition and framing of the subject by the foreground trees.
