What you achieve with your macro shots is amazing Joggie - Well done!! I also have to wonder how you get them (your gogga's) to stay put while you take the shot? Had a praying mantis as a subject the other day and there was no way I could bring the camera close to him - what's the trick?
Have a good weekend
Shirley

HI Joggie,

HOpe this isn't a repeat comment, I started this once, don't know what happened to it. lOL

Anyway, he is really creepy looking isn't he? I had to make this a favorite, LOVE IT! And I didn't know about 'ocelets'! Interesting, have never noticed the white spots before.

This close up would be a good prototype for a monster movie. How would you like this one looking in your window at night? (a BIG version that is...)

Great capture!

Very nice work, excellent!
Have a GR8 evening,
Lori :)

Thanks Riny for visiting and the comment. I am really dissapointed that you stopped posting. Your images was always a pleasure to look at. My approach to the site is foremost to share my vision of the world around me and to get inspired by the excellent work of all the others. Its nice to get an award yes, but the friendships and comments from so many, mean even more to me. Kind regards - hope you're back soon.
Joggie

Fine insect portret ! The use of this macroconverter did not degrade the quality of the photo to much. The D.O.F is very shallow at these magnifications but you managed to get the complete head sharp.....well done!
