On a subjective level, I'm distracted by the noise in the capture and lack of crisp contrast. A little fixing up and i think this would be a real winner.

I like the composition as a whole. The horses are great set against those beautiful mountains. I'm a bit troubled by the sky both for the washed out aspect in the middle two-thirds of the frame and for the either the graininess or artifacts on the outer edges. Seems like the sky may need some contrast adjustment or some other kind of tweak. Still its very nice work.
