Your cadre is good, but there is little need for Photoshop:)

Wow that pretty much stood out on the page by itself. Very nice shot. Love the footprints running through the picture in front of the retired boards. Beautiful color and tone. Kerry

Andrzej,
Do you use Photoshop for resizing your images?
If so, I can write down my resizing method. You could try and see if it works any better for you.
This image certainly looks good though.

Andre, thanks for great introduction of this art piece and bringing it up to the first page of UF. Really the best critique I ever get and is right on with my intentions at the shooting scene. I'm a bit concerned with final quality of the resized picture and I have to give more intention to the process.
Thanks anyway for the great critique job, the touching one indeed.

Great reflection of color, both in the water and in the boats. Love the faint traces of the footprints in the sand.

Hi again Andrzej,
It might be just your luck. If you carry a tripod with you... the sunset won't be so spectacular.:)
The only way to guarantee a spectacular sunset is to forget your camera too. :)

If I don't take my camera on a walk in the woods, the birds will land right beside me and deer will walk right across my path. :)

Andre, I feel like you said all the true about the scene and you are perfectly right about what I was aiming for at the time. This scene could be better if I had tripod with me and used lower ISO it would be even better if I was there 10 minutes earlier and than if.. but I'm happy what I got and I'm motivated to do better next time - sure it will be on another beach, in another country and in different situation, but lesson was taken. Cheers, NJ

Imageopolis Featured Photo Critique Hi Andrzej,
I really like what you did with this one. I'm not sure if it was intentional, but the way you have the surf boards mostly in the dark seems like a good thing in this image. The reason being that they are a part of the image without being a distraction. The image tells the story of the boards down and retired for the night. And what a night!!! You must have had a great time there!
Another good little part of this image is the lone set of footprints in the sand. I feel I don't even have to comment on the beautiful clouds and sunset. That is just so obviously right.
This is a very nice image Andrzej, great job!

The delicate pink light in the background reflects on the wet sand in the foreground. Beautiful, Andrzey.
Take care.

Wow!!! I saw this picture and I literally said "Whoa! Whoa!" out load. This is an absoulutly stunning shot!! The sand where it is wet and has foot prints almost looks like fudge. This is a very powerful shot. Good work.
