hey alan, actually i shoot in jpeg simply because of the convenience. the pentax raw file format is incompatible with my educational version of photoshop. if it wasn't for that, i would shoot in raw all the time. i love raw, it's a far superior file format (consider it a digital negative). with raw you have the ability to change many more aspects of the photograph that you typicaly would be restricted in doing with a jpeg format due to the compression. if you can, i strongly suggest you shoot in raw if you have the option of doing so.

Title reminds me of SPAM SPAM SPAM and MORE SPAM -- Monty Python --
Excellent texture and tone; works well in this almost-abstract composition. Shallow DOF adds special touch and focus is eggs-actly right.
