Ho scoperto Massimo di Maggio , così per caso , navigando per i mumerosissimi portfolio in UF.
Mi fa piacere , ci diamo del " tu " , che tu abiti a Belluno , nel Veneto come me. ( io sono di Vicenza )
Dopo questi preamboli , non posso che congratularmi con te per le fantastiche fotografie
postate .
Questa meravigliosa ragazza in atteggiamento e posizione così strana ma convincente mi fa impazzire.

It is a nice photo but you could have achived that with your Panasonic camera too. model holding up her dress is a little unnatural for this pose!!

Molto bella questa immagine, forse la migliore della serie. Trovo che il formato quadrato si adatti meglio, decentra il soggetto e fa apparire meno storta la colonna. Si una bella immagine.

Mi piace il taglio quadrato è ritengo secondo il mio gusto personale che sia la scelta adatta per questo tipo di foto...Per tutto ciò che segue vedo e noto con piacere che sei tornato sui tuoi passi...

the scan is almost accurate, in the film the dress has the same appearance. The composition is centered because I took many shots thinking to the square format for the print (see the attachment). Thanks for your analysis :) Bye, Max

Hi Max,
I like the tonal range in this one, very well handled, both in camera as well as in the development process... I think you've lost a bit of contrast in the black dress during scanning, though, and I'm a bit curious about why you decided to center the composition. I think that gives the impression the right side of the image falters away a bit.
