Q. Photo Help project

Many people make improper use of the Photo Help project, they post photos without asking for specific help. Maybe it is possible to add an an additional "Help question" field to the "Upload New Photo" page in this case, which is obligatory to fill in ?

Some people may not know what they are looking for. They just know their picture isn't good, and expect someone to point their mistake.

I think the question may be a good thing, but not mandatory.
