  Q. RSS on uf?
Michael Kanemoto
Asked by Michael Kanemoto    (K=22115) on 5/23/2007
Any way to ask the UF gods if we can enable RSS on the main channels and on each user's profile? I'd love to see uf coming through my RSS reader...

There also might be a way to enable advertising for non-members on the RSS feed for each published event if you need a business model to support the idea/labor/harware/software.

FYI - got the idea when I saw that GOOG/MSFT/YHOO suggest RSS photo feeds from Nat Geo and some private sites as photos of the day. A UF feed if put into these sites (established) may drive traffic? Of course, I'd be ecstatic to see a RSS from "My friends" or "my associates".

Michael, I have been looking into this, just have to figure out how to do it yet with the current system and what sections to RSS enable. It will happen, just not sure of when with the current workload. Do appreciate the input though and will keep at it.

a news reader to us oldies is a Usenet client.
To the youngsters it's an RSS feed receiver/decoder/reader.
