Q. Need A Framing Plug in....

Or something similar...
I'd like to find a program that does photoframing that looks like a negative carrier, or like photopaper with the chemicals brushed on..(like the real darkroom type stuff-but with photoshop-I still love the darkroom, but when time is of the essence, photoshop it is!!)

I have Photoshop CS, so any plug in for that would be great, or even another program on its own if need be. Any suggestions?
