Q. Does anybody know how to make .....?

Does anybody knows how to make Kaleidoscope with the help of PS?
Recently I have seen lovely images of this beautiful fun, but I am not sure how to do it?
I wonder if you know it and you could explain me step by step thru photoshop.
I would appreciate your help.

I am not sure but I know that in my software there is a setting in the effects where you just click and it makes the kaleidescope.
