About At the end of a dahlia shoot,I broke up petals and threw them on black background.Shot macro 8.9/2sec exp.Raw. I put it in ps and used a radial twirl filter. Named it in reference to the changing weather patterns in our world.

very nice idea, nice colours and shapes - the petals become like paint (reminescent of a film, what dreams may come). shame the 'untwirled' areas aren't that sharp.
