Hi Ann,
Thanks so much for your nice comments and so glad you like my photos. I didn't expect all these positive echos...but do appreciate especially as it spurns me on to upload more.
In terms of PS, I normally do use CS2 for minor adjustments (mainly saturation+sharpness).
Sometimes I do experiments on the various filters and B&W.
I guess you like nature photography as well as wildlife.

This should not be a disappointment to you at all Mireille. It's a wonderful and dramatic image that not many people get the chance to see. I know your photos are all natural without the use of Photoshop and many people can't get nearly as nice an iamge even using P/shop techniques. This has wonderful elements. The sloped mountain sillhouette is a treat showing the delicate trees as the top. The detail there is fantastic. The sun glowing above the mountain and beneath the clouds is very well timed and the position of the cloud is really interesting. The tones and warmth in the colour is lovely. I wouldn't call this a disappointing shot at all because to us it's beautiful. I have beent to Africa also... twice so I can understand how wonderful the sunsets must have been for you and sometimes it just isn't possible to catch that feeling on the camera and we just have to record it in our minds. A beautiful shot and into my favourites this goes. At this rate I will soon have all your photos in my favourites. Can you tell what sort of photography I like?

But well captured and seen natural composition with many nice colortones! What a lovely cloudy sky, colours and light are gives very magnificent feeling. Very moody landscape. Very well done dear Mireille! 7/7+++

Well, no such a disappointing shot at all. I like it very much. The silhouettes of the mountain, with all those trees look great, and I like the dark shadow above the thick clouds. Very well shot Mireille!!
