i know- and not just a little bit. Managed to rescue some of it by shooting raw, i thought i'd forego the flash and use the light coming in through the window for natural shadows but it really screwed round with the cam's auto setting.

You really do capture that "look" beautifully.

I assume this is in natural sunlight (at least, those bits that are not under cushions and blankets etc!) Difficult shot - the right side of the dog's nose is perhaps a little burnt out? But the light in the right eye is perfect.
