It wasn't blown in the RAW file - but it didn't have the contrast I was after.
I guess I should have masked it off a bit before I increased the contrast - I'm getting lazy in my old age! Thanks Brian :)

well done sally for executing a great idea,ol to live ooop noorth dook.
have u tried reducing the exposure in PS around the foreground,just curious what impact it would have.

Sally this is great, I was looking at it and wondering if it could possibly be that big ship, amazing, again it's presence is incredible...and this takes on a completely different feel...great perspective, tones, and textures. A great eye and a great capture...I bet there are some wonderful stories that go with this ship and the people who sailed with her...nice work, glad something I said inspired you..thanks for posting it...Linda

I like your titel to it Sally you could have called it Ship wreck,I would have give my right arm for this location.I love the way you have courght the angle of it it allso looks good in B/W
