Dear Scott,

Not to be patronizing, but I really hate to see a descent image go through the front page(s) without even one comment, so let me catch this one before it falls off:

1. Overall of course it is another quaint tropical scene.

2. The centerpiece is quite enticing with the soothing duration of exposure.

3. The saturation is not really on the lush 'green' side of the natural spectrum of colours.

4. The composition is basic but more on the 8 1/2" x 11" scale which I prefer a 4" x 5" proof size which yields a true 8" x 10" or greater enlargement for framing purposes unless you want to pay for non-standard prices. Additionally, the elephant ears on the left imho should just be peeping into the image and there is a bit of dead dark space in the upper lefthand corner anyway. You were also a bit late arriving at this very nice scene because you shot into the sun therefore having somewhat of a bland sky and blown out highlights here and there.

5. Congrats for returning to a bit more artistic signature style, but perhaps it should be out side of the frame or at least moved all the way into the right corner as per the attached where the triangles are.

In summary it is an overall nice attempt but I would return and try again. One last thought concerns the title and I will play along with yours by suggesting at least "A Private Swimmer's Paradise" or something along that line ...
