For some reason, this photo looks to me like little dumplings and chopsticks... I guess it must be the culture I'm exposed to. haha Beautiful shot Peter, and excellent portfolio. I love all of your abstracts!!

Well Marion, always appreciated. Now where do you miss sharpness, and is there sharpness to be found, according to you ? And to my knowledge, aperture is not directly related to sharpness (plane of focus), but to depth of field .. perhaps that is what you meant ? You're right about the background, but that was the best i could get ..
Cheers, Peter

Peter, good composition and angle, but I'm afraid there are some things that I find less attractive (or should I say: are less attractive to me!): the background is too distracting, specially the light spots. Same goes for the yellow spot on the foreground on the left. Third is something that surprises me: your aperture was f/22, yet I seem to miss sharpness. Hope you don't mind me saying this....it is what we do in the photoclub of which I'm a member: critique eachothers work in an honest way. groetjes, Marion
