Wonderful shot! Next time, try focusing on the eye! I think all bird shots should have an focused eye, especially a large eyed bird like this one. My attention always draw to the eyes of the bird. It's a way we communicate, like in a conservation you always look at the person in the eye. So, I find it very appealing to see an focused eye. Focused eye brings clear communication of the bird, when it is out of focused I loss interest. Psychological I see this whole picture unfocused. I hope this helps!

On the eyes, not the wings. Darlene clearly sees the importance of the "eye".
