I love the sharpness and how you have composed the image ..the tones are greats.
But...really this shot is at F/9 ?
The deep of field is short.. not ?

Im very pleased you liked it so much Zeev! =) No worries about the dirt on the lens (or filter).. happends me all the time. Seems small particles find ways into the camera all the time.
