This is superb Daniel. Was it taken very early in the morning? Did you get soaked lying on the damp sand to take it?;)

Wow Daniel this is awesome, I love the composition and the colors, the clouds are wonderful, looks like a perfect exposure...did you use a grey grad filter, or a polarizer?..I am just learning myself about exposures and sky's so I'm very impressed with what you've done here...I think you might be getting some good pointers from the big guy, huh? Or maybe it's the other way around...hahahaha...very good work Daniel, keep it up...:):)Linda

you definitely have a god eye for photography (at least as far as I can tell from two photos :) Very nice colors and contrasts. It looks a little soft. After you've done all your edits, flattened your layers and resized it for web display, use a USM or smart sharpen filter. Really helps small details especially with landscapes.
Anyway, wellcome to usefilm! I'll be watching you :)

Great composition Daniel,
The foreground is strong and interesting and is a good lead into the photos focal point, the castel. the clouds are just another great feature of this photo that are a wonderful addition to the over all drama. One thing i thought is that sometimes it is an idea to put the focal image slightly off to one side if possible as this tension in the composition just adds all the more interest to the eye. Cheers, hope to see more soon

Wonderful shot, and a very impressive view. I love how the clouds seem to break as they reach the castle, and the different textures you have captured in the foreground. Welcom to usefilm. Alison

Another photographer in the family. I like the composition of this castle with the beach and water below. The sky opening up is fantastic. I've added you to my friends list. I think you're going to have a lot more amazing photos and want to be able to see them as you post them.
