This is a well-spotted scene, but I think the shot is a bit static, with the subjec slap bang in the middle. Why not try to move it off-center? Also, I see the sun was low, throwing some great shadows. Why not make use of that, include more of the shadow in the picture?
One more thing: there is a large area at the bottom which is bright white and that really clashes with the rest of the picture. I would be very tempted to crop that out.
