About Almost didn't see this guy and really can't believe he let me get the camera 6 inches from his face without flying away. All I can attiburte that to is that it was a pretty cool morning this morning and he must not of warmed up enough to be able to move.

The pic to a beating on the upload and I still wish I knew why this happens on some photo's and not on others. The original is a beaut.

James this is a beautiful, excellently captured macro. I love the background, it looks like a blurred strand of wheat, wonderful colors and composition...fantastic detail in both the blade of grass/wheat, and the little guy....Beautifully presented....Linda

Nice colours and diagonal composition, Jim, and I like your perspective here! It's a little different from most macros.

This is spot on James! An excellent macro for sure. Now what is it that you are having problems with? Maybe I can help you or point you in the right direction.

Love the diagonal composition and the great choice of shooting angle. You were indeed very lucky to get so close, these guys don't linger around.

That background is gorgeous too, the green and brown look like ribbons of colour. Great work.

Thanks.
