The old temple of Prambanan in central java. A hindu temple from around year 800 AD. It's different from the infamous Borobudur temple which is Buddhis temple.
Taken from the cafe nearby, which also serve as restaurant for the open-air theathre that often showing the dance cabaret of Ramayana, the infamous hindi story of battle of good and evil.
The lights only available when there's the show and it only lights one side of the temple only.
No Lori, actually there's an open stage that shows Ramayana Dance every Thursday and Saturday night, and the temple should be the background of the stage, but as far as I can see, it's only part of it shown on the stage :( (the stage was somewhere on the left side, behind me).. So every other night, the lights are out!!! (My lucky day, lol)
