WOW, that is HUGE. I admire you for handling him Yamil. It is something I could never do. Thank you for your recent comments and inviting me to view your portfolio which I have done. You have so many impressive wildlife shots there I did not know where to start so I chose this to comment on. The quality of your pics certainly gives me something to aspire to altthough subject matter in the UK is far less interesting than you have. Den

That is one large snake. You are braver than me. I'd never be hugging a snake or have him hug me or whatever. Interstingly coloured snake. I'm gald to see him, but in a picture and not so close up is fine with me. Mary -

Hi Ian, because of the captive environment, usually these guys get very fat. Unfortunately they don't get much exercise and their preys are also breed in captivity, so they get lots of fat tissue in their diet. Her diet was base upon a plentiful supply of rabbits and chicken that she eats happily every 2 weeks. Thanks for visiting my page. Yamil

Saludos. Yamil

Hi Robert, Some very large constrictor definitely can kill a person, however it happen so sporadically that I don't even bother to mention it. The opposite is true; millions of snakes are killed by humans every year without any reason. I think we show so much interest in large constrictor because of the innate fear of being devour alive. Any way, I hope you like this shot. Take care. Yamil
