i like it,too!
but i have to say that though it looks like i've used sectional blur,i haven't!
I'd taken to consecutive photos from the same point one focused and the other not.
it is a patch work of the two,but this cannot deny the fact that you are very observant!

i just guess by the fact that for these people just the goal(!) matters not the means.So he would most probably come back-if he hasn't already!-and continue his ARTISTIC venture!!
