I got a fantastic opportunity to take photographs of some of the principal dancers from the Shanghai Ballet for an article I wrote for them. It was tricky as I had no idea how fast they moved when you're up close and the kind of ground they cover, I felt like I was in the middle of a football field. The light wasn't great and I was unfamilliar with the pieces they were doing so I missed a lot of shots but rescued a few good ones from the shoot. Here's the first.
Beautiful in b&w. You really caught her at the best moment, i would think :) (really don't know anything about ballet). Her shape really comes out against the white wall, great shot!
