Your version is as nice as the black & whites I thought.....cos i liked the colour. But i do agree that for face expressions B&W are powerful especially when the subject has heavy skin lines etc.

Dear Fabrice, Thanks again for your precious critique! Yes, I have converted it into BW, but I didn't choose it because there's so little contrast between Black and White.
